It arrived charged and ready to go. The drill has a holder for one philips/blade driver, however, such a driver was not included (2 such drivers had been included with my last DeWalt drill). Contrary to the description, the drill does NOT include a 360 handle. The box for the drill is plastic rather than metal (although it is solidly built). It looks like it will outlast me.Downside is that it is a little heavy and I was expecting it to be lighter, but the power this thing produces more than compensates.
